At FitFem Luxury, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at kickerzkingdom@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
We aim to respond to all return requests within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items that have been washed
- Items damaged after delivery
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
